You asked about adding the Blotanical icon to your blog, and I know I would have run out of room on the message box there, so I'll add my hint here.
Just go to your overview page on eBlogger. On the left hand side you'll see 'Layout'. Click on that, then click on 'Add a gadget' at the side of the layout page where your sidebar would be.
A new pop-up window will appear and if you scroll down the list, you'll see 'HTML/JavaScript'. Click on that, paste in the script you copied from Blotanical ... and save. The Blotanical badge should then appear on your sidebar.
Hope this is helpful. If there's anything that doesn't make sense, let me know.
Thanks for the info. But when I go to my overview page, under "design", the tabs read from left to right: "posting," "comments," "settings," "design," "monetize, and "stats." There is no "Layout" tab. If I am on the "page elements" page there are boxes that offer the option of adding a gadget, but when I click on it and choose "add your own," I'm given the option that only offers the following: "Enter the URL for a gadget that you want to add to your blog." It doesn't offer the use of java script, etc.
